Nubeva Technologies Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has completed its qualifying transaction on February 28, 2018 pursuant to Policy 2.4 - Capital Pool Companies of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") and that the Corporation's common shares (the "Common Shares") will be listed at the opening of trading on March 2 under the ticker symbol "NBVA".
